Possible Weight Loss
Hello,
I am a 5'4, 22 yr old female and I weigh roughly 180-190 pounds. I was wondering if it was possible for me to lose 20 pounds in one month by: eating 1200 cals a day (in an 8hr window, so also intermittent fasting), and working out 4 days a week (at least one hour of cardio, usually treadmill on 12 incline 3 speed and then doing weights as needed. Is this possible?
