Does a pilot on international flight inbound to the USA need to switch to FAA phraseology?
Was just curious, would a pilot use phraseology that he was trained in (ICAO) or would he have to switch to use FAA phraseology? E.g (use of "altimeter" instead of "QNH", use of "decimal" instead of "point").
