Female with Sharp Pain in Lower Left Abdomen.

Female. 37. Started having a sharp pain in my lower left side night before last. If I'm stationary, the pain is nominal but moving is difficult. Even rolling over in bed. Severity comes in waves. Hard to walk with my back straight up without pain.

This morning, I noticed one of the glands in my neck is slightly swollen.

No other symptoms that I can tell. Everything is fairly regular. I'm eating and drinking and expelling as normal. No fever.

I had two successful C-sections 15 and 16 years ago. Tubal ligation during the last C-section.

No insurance so I'm asking here. Is this worth the crippling debt to be seen for?
