Sutherland or Iqor?? Help..

So I passed both final interview with these 2 companies. Just a lil background, I'm from Baguio. I have 5 years of experience (retail & telco). I wanted to try working at Clark, Pampanga. I applied to these 2 companies.

Sutherland *Applied last week, initially profiled for At&t with 29,050 offer but did not meet the cut off *Profiled for Iron Mountain (B2B Collections) -highest offer of 21,050 package -Accomodation for 30 days -WFH after 4months including training / can change to Hybrid set up -will start on Feb. 17

IQOR *Just passed the final interview today for the T-mobile (telco) account - Salary offer of 26,000 package - no accomodation offer - Start on Feb. 24

Which is better, experience wise?
