Labor Cost Question
Reaching out to Local Car Audio Shops for an install, just got a quote back.
Now before everyone starts yelling, im not judging prices. I realize that this sub tends to recommend really high end equipment and installs more often than not but im not mister money bags and don't want to spend 2k on install labor for what is a fairly simple install. That being said I'd still like it "professionally" installed, meaning by someone with actual experience, not me going to youtube university.
The labor cost for this install, was $1,700 alone on a $3k total bill. Not including any tuning because they did not recommend a DSP, assuming it was out of budget.
Just seeing if this is what I should expect or if I should keep reaching out to less popular audio installers around my area? That being said if there is anyone in the Columbus Ohio area on here, give me a shout!
From the looks of it, I think it would be better to slowly collect all the equipment then bring it into an audio shop for install/ tune and sound dampen.
