Police showed up at my store

I work for a mobile network. They were called out to shop opposite us that sell accessories and refurbished devices. Spoke to the owner afterwards and he told me that someone had attempted to steal an iPhone from him.

As they came into my work, I asked how I could help. They asked, “have you had a bloke come in here wanting to buy a phone?”. I stared blankly for a second. “Yeah… funny you should mention that actually.”
