PSA: don't change download region in steam mid-download

I expect this not to apply to very many people, but I wanted to make a post all the same. I was just downloading the huge update, and realized that my download region was still set to where I moved from last year. In the interest of getting to play chivalry quicker, I decided I would change my download region to hopefully get some better speeds.

Surprise, changing your download region erases all the download you have so far. So I went from 60% to 1%. Guess I won't be playing this evening after all. Fucking awesome. You have been warned
