California Creations-Sizing question

Hi everyone! I’ve always loved and admired my mom’s Christmas village and wanted to start my own now that I’m an adult. She mentioned that she wanted to expand her collection and I realized her current collection is California creations, so now I can start my collection too!! I found a few pieces on eBay, but do any other CC collectors know if they’re all a standard size? Some of them that are listed seem a little smaller to what my mom has, but not sure if it’s just the specific buildings I’m looking at. Thanks for your help! Happy holidays!!
