who should I change out?

i dont know the meta at all, nor do i really care THAT much, im just wondering if my team is good to who do because im struggling a bit to get any higher in the battle arena. also yes, i know, i need to level them up more. im getting to it. other screenshots were taken a few days ago, i now have awakened dark cacao (obviously) and moonlight cookie
