Preparing for pregnancy
Hi everyone!
I'm very new to changing my lifestyle to be more 'crunchy', and my husband and I want to start trying for kids soon. I wondered if there's any tips you guys have for getting in optimum health and maintaining good health through the pregnancy? I generally eat well and get a lot of exercise, but the past couple of months I have not had a particularly healthy lifestyle. I've got some problems with alcohol, and I'm going completely sober from today as the first step in my health journey - what else can I start doing?
