Cold sore, pimple, or something else?

Hello, I woke up with something inflamed neared the corner of my lip, but I’m not sure if it’s a cold sore or something else. I didn’t get a tingly or burning sensation, and just woke up with it suddenly. It’s been a couple hours now but still doesn’t hurt unless I put pressure on it. Can anyone help with identifying if this is a cold sore or something else?
