Personally mine would be:

Pre-Abandonment Miquella ≥ Base Serpent Messmer > Goddess of Rot Malenia > Messmer ≥ Malenia = Prime Radahn ≥ Morgott = Mohg = Rykard > Rotted Radahn > Godrick > Godefroy(Technically not a demigod but it makes godrick look less bad)

Didn't include Ranni, Melina, or Godwyn sense we have little to no info about their power. Base Serpent Messmer i mainly ranked above Goddess of Rot Malenia sense Rot is weak to Fire in lore, and messmer is THEE fire guy
