Monthly Xcel bill

I was wondering how much y'all paying monthly, especially for the last two months we have arctic cold outside? The last two months, my average bill (gas+electricity) is close to $250 for a 3500 sq feet house. Is this normal?

Edit: thermostat is at 70 (and sometimes 72 in the evening sometimes), sometimes 68 at night.
