Please help me i’m stuck (story mode)

when i proceed to do this mission i get a prompt saying “this mission has been disrupted” im pretty sure ive tried all characters at all times even though that shouldn’t be an issue. its the humane raids lab, the only other one is the second assassination mission for franklin, i thought i was able to save it for the end to make more money? ive tried restarting the game, reinstalling, etc. thank you so much in advance
