GOW Ragnarok most recent update

I play the Valhalla DLC on PS5 very regularly. Almost every day. Recently I've noticed that the performance, mainly the frame rate and motion blur, have extremely decreased in quality. When kratos is standing still his slight movements are not nearly as smooth as they were previously were. I have a very high quality TV and would have the motion blur setting set to zero and everything would look smooth but now it's as if I have the motion blur setting is set all the way up. It's hard not to wonder if this is Sony's deliberate attempt to sell PS5 pros but maybe that's a stretch? I don't know
