Pixel 9 screenshot backup is constantly running. Any fixes?

I can't figure this one out. The photo backup feature is constantly running to backup screenshots. It's been stuck at 2 of 19 for a good month or so. Anyone know any tips or fixes to correct this issue. It's probably something simple but searching and trying to figure it out hasn't yielded me any results.
