Diacetyl
Sooooo..I screwed up. Brewed 2 light lagers. Unfortunately I staggered them and wanted to use the same fermentation chamber. I wanted to wait till the 2nd lager had reached 50% attenuation. By then the first had finished. Well, I did the d rest anyway, cold crashed, kegged and carb'd. Now I am definitely perceiving diacetyl in the first lager. I know I know..I should have checked before crashing and packaging. Anyone have any success with ridding a beer of diacetyl after the fact. I was thinking of warming it up and pitching a starter. Or am I screwed?
