Postpartum Glow Up
I'm two and a half months postpartum with my first baby, and I completely underestimated how hard pregnancy and the 4th trimester would be. I won't go into too much detail, but I was/still am in pure survival mode, and it's left me incredibly disastisfied in how I look and feel. I'm at the point where just doing basic self care and hygiene is considered a really good day for me.
Now I'm close to going back to work and my daughter will be going to daycare, I'd like to start a sort of hard reset in terms of my health and appearance. I know that realistically, I can't do anything major due to both finances and having a baby to look after, but I figured that starting soft and then going hard once I build up my savings and baby is a bit more autonomous. I want to look and feel less like a shell of myself and more like a sexy woman.
Any advice is welcome!
