What’s do you think of this crawlspace?

Finished up this project this week. Customer originally had fiberglass in the rim and it was all moldy and starting to rot in areas. The crawlspace was damn from moisture coming up through the soil. It didn’t help this house is right next to a lake. 3 inches on the rim, 2 inches on the walls. They put a layer of quickcrete on the floors and I sprayed 2 inches of foam over that. Had to make a second trip for the floor as the first time there the quickcrete floor was too damp and not hard enough yet. Sprayed with Huntsman 2lbs Highlift HFO.
