First Endurance Race (Ironman 70.3)

So, I have slowly gotten back into health/fitness and have decided to make it a goal to do a sub-6-hour Ironman 70.3. I will be signing up for the Des Moines race that is scheduled for next June. I Ran XC in high school and PR 5K was 18:48. I Swam distance in high school and had several D2 offers but knew I wasn't dedicated enough to commit. My 500-yard PR was 5:38. Until recently I haven't run much or even been in a pool. I have never cycled/biked so that part intimidates me a bit. My main form of activity is playing ice hockey 1-2 times per week and an occasional walk with the family. Below are a couple of baseline times I clocked this past week. I guess I am asking if a sub 6 hour is feasible to achieve given the date of the race. Any tips etc are much appreciated.
