Knee bone bruise causing calf strain/pain knee pain. Anyone had similar experience please?

So i had a pop feeling when i was playing football 4 months ago. Since then i have had calf strain/pain when i apply any kind of pressure (like standing), and also my knee as well.

MRI mentioned as the image attached. Idk what to do honestly. I saw another doctor and he mentioned bone bruise takes time to heal. PT is very expensive where i live. Is it possible to have calf and thigh pain/strain with a bone bruise??? This is what's scaring me because i have never heard that.
