Employment at Knott's.. is it worth it?

I really want to work at Knott's, fell in love with it during scary farm and realized I wanted to be there and be apart of it, as a monster, then maybe working behind the scenes. (I want to be an art director and work on the mazes it sounds so cool) thing is, I'm not old enough yet to be a monster, but in May, I will be old enough to work. I talked to my dad, and he said that maybe I should get a job there and maybe work my way up, so when I'm old enough, I can be a scarer and hopefully get to be an art director at Knott's after college. Thing is, I've seen a lot of employees on here, and other social media saying employment is terrible and a lot of other stuff and I just wanted to know before I do, is it really worth it to put the time in? For those who work (As a scarer or behind the scenes) during scary farm, is it worth it? I'm second guessing myself a little bit :(
