Where to go for a day/ overnight trip.

I am looking for a place to go that is just a few hours from Knoxville. Want to have a spontaneous trip with my boyfriend but we aren’t sure where to go. Interested in activities, experiences, etc but nothing outdoorsy since it is so cold. Let me know your favs!
