Why there is some G Pro superlight with a powerled indicator and not all ?

Hello guys ! I'm looking to buy a new mouse and the G pro superlight seem to suit my need, but in my research I found some with a little hole on top of the mouse and some don't have it, Has the model been revised during its lifetime ?

In this review by Rtings there is no led indicator
