LVxTM finally arrived

I was one of the people that fought the good fight at lv . com on January 3rd. I successfully placed an order that has been pending acceptance since then. I sat in the virtual support group in this subreddit and screamed my frustration into the imaginary TM flower pillows. For a laugh I put the bag on my wishlist and signed up for stock notifications.

On January 28th I received a push notification from the LV app that the bag was back in stock. I placed an order on the app (in minutes as opposed to hours), received a confirmation and over the subsequent days watched it do what orders usually do. From pending acceptance to preparing to ship to shipping. It arrived yesterday. The bag actually arrived. The original order was still pending acceptance (I cancelled it).

The bag (Neverfull in empriente leather) is gorgeous. The leather is so lush and the flowers are embossed into the leather and then painted. Even the lining feels plush. My cats love the box.

I received no stickers, wrapping, etc but the box was tied with TM ribbon and tag.

This was my first LV purchase (for me). I can't say if it was worth the aggravation or even if it was worth the price but the bag really is beautiful and everything that I had hoped it would be. I would have lost what's left of my mind if it hadn't been for this subreddit and everyone agonizing along with me.

My advice to anyone on the hunt or still sitting in pending acceptance purgatory: Add the item to your wish list and ask to be notified when/if it's back in stock. Then pounce. Worst case you get two and have to return one (actually worst case is you get none but this gives you a chance).
