Low maintenance skin tint for dry skin

I've been researching like crazy for the perfect skin tint/tinted moisturizer but have been really struggling. What are y'alls holy grail?? Right now I'm considering the skin tints from Wet N Wild, Danessa Myricks, Hourglass, Lisa Eldridge, Caliray, Ciele, Dr. Jart, Summer Fridays, Super Goop, Naked Sundays, It Cosmetics, and Laura Mercier. The new milk gel skin tint looks promising too!

• Skin type: dry (using tretinoin) with large pores and sebaceous filaments
• Application: fingers, I need something I can slap on quickly
• Wear time: I am on my feet at the hospital for minimum 12 hours per day
• Coverage: nothing more than light coverage - looking for that "no makeup makeup look/your skin but better look". I just want to even skin tone and reduce the appearance of redness, blemishes, and hyperpigmentation.
• Finish: healthy hydrated dewy skin. Matte finishes look awful on me. I also hate anything with a pearly luminescent finish like the loreal lumi glotion.
