What can I do in the meantime?

I have been experiencing what I think is anxiety and depression for a couple of years and was recently diagnosed by my doctor when things got worse following a big life event. My doctor has prescribed me anti depressants but I have to wait a couple of days to pick them up. I'm also aware it's going to take a few weeks to feel the effects of the medication. My question is, does anybody have any tips/suggestions I can add to my life to help me during this time. Especially as the past couple of days have been a big struggle where getting out of bed has been difficult. I already exercise, eat well, do breath work, sleep well, walk my dog in nature twice a day and socialise, I also have therapy once a week. (This is how my depression went undetected for so long)
