Question about scams in relation to seller reputation

So I came across an item that is priced lower than normal, but not to a “obviously a scam” point. The seller has over 100 completed sales, 5 star rated, some actual written reviews. She provided an additional picture I requested without hesitation.

Is it safe to buy from a seller like this or do sellers with completed sales/reviews still try to scam people?
