Help with an Unfair Ban

I urgently need help to appeal a banned account. My account was accessed from an unknown device. When I logged into the game on 01/27/25, I was immediately placed into a match—someone was using my account on the Philippine server.

After the match ended, I was able to log in from my own device. I changed my Moonton password and removed the unknown device from my account. However, the next day, I received a 30-year ban for "cheating."

I have never used any plugins or cheats. I have had this account since Season 4, with a lot of time and money invested. I would never risk it by doing something like that.

Since my account is banned, I cannot access customer support. The only option available was to appeal through the game via a button that said "Provide Assistance." I’m not sure if I submitted my appeal correctly or if I included all the necessary information. The appeal status has been stuck on "Verifying" for about 4–5 days.

I don’t understand how someone could access my account without hacking all my linked accounts (WhatsApp, Facebook, Gmail, and Moonton).
