Customer Service Account Recovery doesn't work

I'm still struggling to recover my Mobile Legends account and haven't been able to resolve the issue. I have provided the necessary information and submit the retrieval form once a day. I even include extra details in case they are needed, but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this situation?
