the match i have played just now has left me speechless

i don't know what flair to put on this post to get the mods' attention i desparately need for this issue, so i chose bug. tl;dr at the end.

basically me and my boyfriend entered a ranked match (mid-mythic). on the screen where you can choose the lane, i chose gold, my boyfriend chose fill, and two other people exp and mid. s1 didn't pick anything.

during the ban phase we all showed who we wanna play, EXCEPT for s1 and my boyfriend who, again, was filling where needed.

i main gold lane, but have played more jungle, mid and roam the last couple ranked and classic matches, so gold lane doesn't show up on my recently played. the player in question, s1, had gold, jg and exp there.

enemy has 1st pick after which s1 shows miya, but doesn't lock in. important for later: he doesn't show mmr, recent macth or win rate.

since he didn't lock in and i showed gold from the beginning, my boyfriend swapped me and s1 swapped nana. then came on a wave of lowkey verbal abuse and threats. we'll get to those in a second.

s5 wanted to play helcurt in jg, but enemy had taken him, so he switched to exp. the previous s1, now s4 showed franco, so my boyfriend took hayabusa. after locking in, franco switched to jungle as well, claiming "well i showed jungle first", which was obviously not true, just a dig at me.

he then said he is gonna troll and we can report him for all he cares.

when we entered the match, my bf (hayabusa) tried to take red buff, but franco was deliberately hooking the red buff and pulling it out of it's box, resulting in hayabusa not being able to farm. after doing this about 5 times, my boyfriend gave up and went to get other creeps, where franco followed him and proceeded to do the same.

we immidiately told the enemy team to report franco, as he was blatantely trolling and hindering our jungler out of spite, to which the enemies said they won't and said they'll report us instead (??).

franco then came to me on gold lane and recall-spammed around me, neither attacking minions nor miya that i was playing against. when the enemy team came to support miya, franco walked away and let me get killed. he then went to hinder hayabusa again, then to me and so on.

at one point, i was lvl 7, enemy helcurt lvl 10 and my boyfriend, who couldn't jungle bc of franco, lvl 5. he sent a message to /all "i can't play like this, pls report him", to which franco responded "why are you playing jungle then?".

he then came after me, calling me dumb/stupid for not letting him play his "79% wr miya", while, if you remember from the above, he never sent his wr. he also said that i suck and i probably have a wr under 40%, which, according to him, is the reason i refused to show my wr. he called me out some more, to which i responded that IF he had shown his wr, i would've let him play gold lane, because i can adapt and i want to win, not necessarily play gold lane.

he then went to the enemy team that was by our blue buff and they all recall-spammed together, aka the enemy refused to kill him. even when they were at our base - they killed nana, hayabusa, alpha and me but not franco.

in match settlement he spit some more verbal abuse at the four of us, calling us the bronze team (referencing him getting silver for a 0/0/0 score bc the enemy didn't kill him) and saying some more stuff.

my duo and i reported him for basically everything except for cheats. he was feeding us intentionally, he was verbally abusive, he was distrupting the jungler, he was not contributing to anything and he was standing afk for 20 seconds multiple times, only recall spamming and essentially idling.

he only got a point reduction (5pts) and a "temporary match ban" which, as we all know, doesn't mean anything.

why isn't there a possibility to report someone for trolling? we lose a star, get no star protection points, and the enemy team wins a match and gets a bunch of mmr because we couldn't get a kill in these conditions. they were trolling just as much as franco!!!

i really hope a mod can help me get this person completely banned or, at least, banned from ranked matches for some time. punishment for the enemy team would be nice too, but i don't expect much.

tl;dr: teammate trolled with franco by pulling away jungle creeps from ally jungler, was verbally abusive, idling/recall spamming, not trying to kill enemies and sided with the enemy team so much that they didn't kill him. for all that he got a 5 point reduction and a temporary match ban.
