Naruto Tier List.
Boruto excluded.
Saw someone made a list so I quickly made one too.
There's lots of characters that are interchangeable, some could be a bit high or a bit lower, some can beat sons people above them, some can lose to some people bellow them, and there are some that we don't have much info.
All in all, didn't put that much time, but even if I did, It's impossible to make a perfect list.
What is possible tho, imo, is to make it okay, without some wild placements and I think I did a good job.
What y'all think? What would you change?
