Anyone else having a hard time logging onto the ePASS website/applying for Medicaid?

Now I know this is probably a horrible time to be applying for Medicaid, but I just turned 26 and I don't have another option. I completed the application a little over a week ago and haven't heard anything back in my email, checked my spam folder and everything, so I decided to log back onto the ePASS site and check on my application. The site isn't down and I was able to log in, but once I do I just get sent to a blank page with an error message that says "something went wrong" and gives me the options to 'try again' or 'go to home' but clicking both of them sends me to the same blank page. Clicking on the apply tab does the same. Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: thanks everyone for telling me that Trump pulled funding from it, I know. I didn't fucking vote for him. I was just wondering why the site wouldn't so much as let me look at my application, but I guess I have to assume that everything is fucked because of the presidency and that nothing will work until further notice.
