In repayment on MOHELA back to SAVE plan?

I logged into Mohela today and saw I have a payment due 2/26 for my SAVE amount prior to the forbearance last summer. Yesterday I was on the processing forbearance after I did the manual app upload to switch to IBR. Looks like my interest capitalized and my loan status says "in repayment" with repayment plan being SAVE. Anyone else have this happen today?? I'm so confused, waiting for a callback from MOHELA.
