Palword on Microsoft account and switching pc ?

Hello,
I have a question for Palword Microsoft players please.

I have Palword on my Microsoft account.
If I install it on 1 laptop pc and month later switch to another pc (both will have the same microsoft account), will my progression be saved ? (in some sort of microsoft cloud or something)
Or will I loose my progression ?
