I have a build that requires an estimated 376watts should I downgrade my PSU to save some money or will it effect my performance

I’m considering buying a thermal take toughpower GF1 750watts ($80)but I believe it would be too much and an over expense on the budget pc I’m trying to make. Should I buy a Corsair CX 550watt 80+ ($55) or Thermaltake toughpower GX2 600watt 80+ ($60)??
