Orcane ledge trapping with puddle/fair help

What are my options against this as lox or in general? I'm middle of gold (1014 rn). I don't run into orcane very often so don't get to practice much. It feels like I can't jump get up, normal get up (even if I get up and shield I either get pushed off or get grabbed), or ledge dash due to bubbles. Special get up seems inconsistent sometimes it losses to bubbles sometimes it wins, sometimes the orcane is ready for it. Ledge drop fair or aerial beats bubbles but usually gets whiff punished by orcane. Roll... Well that's where orcane is standing.

Also this is not a rant and I'm not hating on the character, I'm looking for counterplay.
