Clairen up tilt is a bit ridiculous

For the first time I played against a Clairen who's whole neutral was getting close to me and pressing up tilt. I saw up tilt in three matches more than I may have had in over 200 hours of gameplay lol.

I didn't realize it covers in front, above, and behind her. Not saying it's OP because it's not a instant win button but man is it annoying lol. Also I find it hard to believe it has less recovery frames than her jab and F tilt which have way less coverage.

Just the design behind the move leaves me scratching my head. The moment I got tippered from the up tilt while hanging off the ledge I knew this move was pretty ridiculous.....
