Help. There's a problem with my iSLU Portal.

Okay, so. I was opening my student portal because I wanted to take another look at my schedule. But the portal won't accept my password, which by the way, Google auto-saved. So, I manually typed my password because I was thinking that Google saved the wrong pass. Anyways, it still doesn't accept it. So I went to account request, thinking that I probably saved the wrong password last time. But when I submitted my personal information, it stated "student not found". This is making me panicky. Is this a problem with the portal and should I wait for the SLU administration to fix this bug, or is it something I should be seriously concerned about and thus I should contact the admin directly? Please help me. I would be so grateful. Thank you<3
