Heyo! Im not 100% sure if my Sarracenias are healthy, would love feedback

Those are all planted in peat and are sitting in a tray of water constantly, i also top water with distilled water once a day to maximize humidity as i live in a very hot very dry place. Would love to know if they are ok or not And plus is top watering ok? I see online that some people suggest it and some are against it.
