Why won't my videos get views? Can I get some feedback?

Really struggling to get views. I have been uploading animations videos but all my videos have been getting views from search results only.

Can anyone give me a feedback? Are my thumbnails bad or are the Animations not upto the mark?

I have average AVD around 25-35% on average and CTR around 2-3
