Trying to get a cheap phone

I’m trying to get a cheap phone, I only have around 30 dollars in cash (could get to 50) and I want a phone that can use a search engine and that’s it. This is going to be used as a secret phone so I can be free of all the trackers and restrictions my parents put on my current one, and I’m 15 so cross off any of the down payments or alternate ways. Is there any way I can get one for this price?
