Should I tell my date that I’m a femboy?

So here’s the story, I joked about cosplaying a girl character with a girl I date and she seemed cool with it. Even tho, I thought she’d think I’m a creep if I openly told her I was a femboy. So I told her that dressing made me a girl (which turned out to be a mistake cause “wearing a skirt doesn’t makes me a girl”). Should I tell her that I’m a femboy or not?
