Best laptop for work

Hi everyone just wanted to ask for advise. My work includes opening around 8 tools and 7-10 tabs for admin tasks (no video editing or graphics ) I'm using a very old lenovo thinkpad and it's starting to become very slow. Can I ask for any recommendatiom for a new laptop? Budget 30k-35k,
