Starting my H journey

After shopping with other luxury brands for 10+ years I finally decided to start my Hermes journey. I went into the store a few weeks ago and met a wonderful SA. I’ve never purchased anything from Hermes before but I decided to try on some shoes. I happened to ask if they had any Picotins in store as I’ve always wanted one. To my surprise she brought out a black 22 in GHW! It was an immediate yes and I bought a twilly as well. I got the SA contact information because I do plan on going back to get the sandals. I’ll be shopping in TX.

I’ve been reading a lot about prespend because the ultimate goal would be a Birkin 30 in GHW in any neutral color. I’m open to a Birkin 25 as well but I heard a 30 might be easier to get. If I bought fine jewelry, a watch, men ties, and shoes which would total up to about $12,000 within 1-6/8 months, how realistic would it be to get offered a Birkin? I would try and split up my purchase monthly.

I am okay with spending 1-1.5:1 but I don’t think I can spend much more than that within the 24 month timeline.
