What would you consider Minnesota regional food?

I know most everybody will jump to lutefisk and hot dish, but lutefisk is gross fish jello, and hot dish is just another word for casserole, which is all over the place.

Think Chicago deep dish, or Cincinnati chili - what are some good regional foods from the land of 10,000 lakes?
