Motherfucking tricksters who can't go five minutes without lying or manipulating some poor sod?

I love these types of characters. Every word out of their mouth is a lie. They lie about their goals and motivations to every new character they meet. My favourite versions are the ones who are so manipulative that even the audience is conflicated about what's true and what's a fabrication.

Morgan Freeman's Sloan in Wanted is manpulating everybody, including the MC to do his bidding, while claiming that the orders are coming from a higher power. And when his lies are exposed he simply twists the truth to make it sound unpleasant enough so people will ignore it and continue with the status quo.
