Will Parent Plus Loan be refunded after CH35 & Hazlewood?

Student will start college on 19Aug2024. Parent plus loan was used for this fall semester. My 100% P&T was approved literally yesterday effective Nov2023. So, CH35 & Hazlewood Dependent Benefits will be used. Will school refund ppl once the CH35 & Hazlewood kick in?
