July 2nd

I received disbursement on July 2nd like most people. However, I haven’t been zeroed out as my daughter and friends has, and for me still shows the negative balance. Is there anyone else that has been disbursed on the 2nd and still show a negative number? ( not for anyone who already has a “Refund Student” showing ) Thanks
