[Discussion] Making my own watch company

Hey y’all. I’m an American 18 year old looking to start my own watch company.

This is our first line, and the specs are currently: Seiko 4R36 movement, Sapphire crystal case, stainless steel, and IWC Ingenieur inspired dial.

Although we are using a Seiko at the moment and most of the parts are outsourced, we do plan on moving to ETA movements with our next line, and in house production of everything else (we are in a college that has pretty vast resources). With this line we are hoping to get the capital to splurge with.

The watches currently retail for 300 and we have sold 3 so far.

I’m looking for your guys’s feedback and honest opinions as watch enthusiasts. What are some steps I could take moving forward, etc.
